Role:
Tequani-Mok is not simply a shaper of flesh—he is a shaper of realities. Of all the Elders, he is the oldest, and not just by Ryautjan standards. He completed an entire universe, billions of years ago, forging it from chaos into balance, guiding species toward their final forms through genetic cocktailing, bio-warfare, and memetic evolution. That universe, sealed and thriving, now exists as a trophy in his multiversal portfolio—a divine sandbox left to its own fate.
But Tequani-Mok was not content.
He tore through the Veil, piercing into the multiverse with a self-forged artifact known as the Thrice-Spined Needle, and arrived in this universe to begin anew—to sculpt a second masterpiece.
Now, among the Ryautjan, he acts as both gene-alchemist and philosopher-priest, creating specialized cocktails—not of chemicals, but of concepts. These cocktails are potent rituals that blend:
Stolen xeno-DNA
Memories extracted from prey
Philosophies of extinction and rebirth
Dark energy pulses mapped from the ancient 777 coordinates
Those who undergo his cocktails often mutate into higher forms of Ryautjan, gaining powers or insights that other Elders view with awe—or fear. Not every trial ends in success, but those that do become legends.
Tequani-Mok did not arrive alone.
He brought with him a Purebred, an entity birthed in his former universe—a Prince known as Xal'Ruun, a perfect fusion of Ryautjan, celestial titan, and synthetic god-matter. Xal'Ruun is rarely seen but is said to walk between moments, capable of entering battlefields before they happen.
It is whispered that Xal'Ruun is being groomed as Tequani-Mok’s heir—not to lead the Ryautjan, but to become the first being to birth a universe of their own.
“Life is not born. It is mixed.”
– Tequani-Mok, after the Ritual of the Fifth Catalyst
Tequani-Mok believes that evolution is not linear, but layered—like a brew that strengthens with each ingredient. His rituals are known to pull DNA from tyranids, kroot, xenomorphs, and even psychic remnants of ancient gods. The result is not chaos, but refined monstrosity.
He views Ryan with fascination, believing the prophesied leader is the first being he did not anticipate—a wild card in a hand he thought already played.
And he likes that.
